Veronica, MHA, serves as Vice President of Operations & Consulting at Enhance Healthcare Consulting, where she oversees business operations and supports consulting engagements focused on operational improvement, strategic planning, data analysis, and project management. She earned both her Master of Health Administration and Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida. Her experience includes working with not-for-profit and for-profit hospitals, as well as academic medical centers. Before joining EHC, Veronica served as an administrative fellow with the University of Florida College of Medicine’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, contributing to a range of operational and financial initiatives to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
In her free time, Veronica loves to soak up the outdoors—whether it’s swimming, hitting the trails for a hike, or tanning at the beach. She also enjoys attending music festivals with friends and expressing her creativity through drawing and painting.
