Holli Greenfield, RN, BSN is a distinguished registered nurse with extensive experience in nursing and administrative leadership. Prior to joining EHC, she made a significant impact during her tenure as a Nurse Administrator at two Ambulatory Surgery Centers in South Florida. She brings a wealth of experience in operating room nursing and the administration of ambulatory surgery centers.
Holli graduated from Hahnemann/Drexel University School of Nursing in 1991. Her nursing journey commenced at Thomas Jefferson Hospital, where she laid the foundation of her career before transitioning to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida, in 1994. At MRH, she excelled as the Charge Nurse overseeing a 24-room operating suite and served as Team Leader for Vascular Surgery and a Level 1 Trauma Center. Her dedication and expertise led to the role of Nurse Manager at Memorial Same Day Surgery Center in 2002 where she was later promoted to Administrator in 2008. In these capacities, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing the daily operations of two surgery centers, overseeing 70 employees, and orchestrating an annual volume of 12,000 cases.
Ms. Greenfield’s professional journey spans an impressive 32 years, during which she has been dedicated to optimizing Perioperative Services. Her focus on driving efficiency includes spearheading initiatives in OR Governance structure, patient optimization, OR throughput, FCOTS, and implementing dashboard metrics. Her strategic alignment of anesthesia services with nursing practices has been pivotal in maintaining top-notch quality standards in healthcare delivery.
