Andrew Mazzella is a seasoned healthcare administrator with over 25 years of experience in practice management, healthcare operations, and strategic growth. His core expertise includes financial management, business planning and development, organizational restructuring, and process re-engineering, particularly for growth-oriented and patient-centered healthcare organizations.
Since 2003, Andrew has held leadership roles in Radiology Management. In 2009, he was appointed CEO of Radiologic Associates, P.C. (RAPC), a midsize private Radiology group serving communities across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Under Andrew’s guidance, RAPC has expanded its footprint to support eight hospital systems, numerous outpatient imaging centers, and a range of medical practices, delivering high-quality diagnostic services and operational excellence.
Committed to driving innovation in Radiology, Andrew has also served as a Radiology Consultant with Enhance Healthcare since 2016. He is an active and respected member of both the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), consistently contributing to the advancement of radiology practice standards.
Outside of work, Andrew finds balance in the outdoor gardening, visiting local farms, and recharging by the beach. He treasures time spent with his wife and their four children, whether attending school events, watching sports, or gathering with family and friends.
